A proper cut of fabrics for roller blinds and screens requires specialised equipment, technical know-how, and skill.
One of the knives is a high-precision knife that compresses, rather than cuts, its way into fiberglass materials. This way, the knife seals the edges to prevent fraying.
Another technique is ultrasonic cutting, which vibrates 50,000 times per second. This cutting technique melts and seals the edges of polyester fabrics. Both techniques are essential elements in ensuring the high quality of the finished product.
